Protecting Cultural Heritage from Hydroclimatic Extreme Events

Are you a researcher based in Europe, the Balkans, or Africa working on the protection of cultural heritage from hydroclimatic extreme events?

Then we would like to hear from you!

As part of SD-WISHEES research, we are seeking interesting case studies to share at the forthcoming 1st International Conference of the Erasmus Environment and Management Project – AMIGO at the University of Évora, Portugal, on ‘People and Nature: Research into Sustainability’ from 2 to 6 September 2025

Selected case studies will be used to inform experts attending the conference and the wider network of researchers through the production of display posters, conference material and social media posts. All posters will be displayed for the duration of the conference and they will be highlighted during the SD-WISHEES workshop ‘Protect natural and cultural heritage from hydroclimatic extreme events: learnings from Africa and Balkans.’
